BlackBerry OS updates arrive on Pearl 3G and Bold 9000
If you own either the BlackBerry Pearl 3G or Bold 9000, then you will be pleased to know that both devices have had their OS update leaked out – which means this is not official, so go ahead at your own risk. We would recommend you make a backup of your data beforehand though lest something untoward happens when Murphy strikes. You can download BlackBerry OS 5.0.0.884 for the BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9100 & 9105 here, while those who want the BlackBerry OS 5.0.0.822 for the BlackBerry Bold 9000 can do so in two flavors – for Rogers and AT&T.
