Seems like Samsung isn’t the only company who is having some fun at Apple’s expense in the whole Antennagate issue, as the latest advert reminds us that there is “no jacket required” for the Motorola Droid X, and that its dual antenna design works perfectly fine. It’ll be interesting to see how long all this mudslinging will be going on, but neutral parties will probably get a good laugh out of the whole deal. The advert also reads:
“At Motorola, we believe a customer shouldn’t have to dress up their phone for it to work properly. That’s why the DROID X comes with a dual antenna design. The kind that allows you to hold the phone any way you like to make crystal clear calls without a bulky phone jacket. For us it’s just one of those things that comes as a given when you’ve been making mobile phones for over 30 years.”
