USB monitors could very well catch on in the near future as prices start going down, as it is an alternative to purchasing a larger monitor. Mimo is going to position itself to ride the wave (if it catches on, of course), where it offers 10″ of viewing real estate. The deal clincher? It boasts touchscreen capability with a native 1,024 x 600 resolution panel. Supporting both Windows and OS X platforms, it is powered by a single USB 2.0 cable. The $259.99 deal comes with a stylus and said 4.5″ USB cable just in case you are interested. Some might prefer to go with a pico projector instead for a secondary display, although the resolution of the latter isn’t really up to par.
