Such problems wouldn’t occur if your Magic 8-Ball kept with the times and used an OLED display to share its message. That’s exactly what someone did, and modified his Magic 8-Ball to include a wireless microcontroller, an accelerometer, and an OLED display. The accelerometer is triggered when you shake the ball, and the OLED display is turned on to show the message. The benefit of having the wireless microcontroller is that you’re able to change the messages without having to open the 8-Ball again.
