HP has recently updated their Mini 110 and Mini 210 netbooks to sport the speedier Intel 1.66GHz Atom N455 and 1.83GHz N475 processors, where another plus point would be compatibility with faster DDR3 memory. Needless to say, if you decide on picking up either device, it should use slightly higher thermal peak power at 6.5W compared to 5.5W, albeit hitting a similar battery life which is rated at up to 9.5 hours for the Mini 110. Good to know that despite throwing in newer specifications and parts, pricing details remain the same with the Mini 110 going for $280 while the Mini 210 will retail for $330, where each purchase will be equipped with 1GB RAM, a 160GB hard drive and Windows XP as the operating system of choice. Just don’t make the mistake of buying this and expecting a multimedia powerhouse, eh?
