Acer and Asus aren’t the only manufacturers who think that 3D technology should be brought to notebooks, as Lenovo has announced its latest 3D notebook today, the IdeaPad Y560d. This 3D notebook ditches the more common NVIDIA solution, and uses ATI’s TriDef 3D approach, supporting 3D effects with graphic chips up to the Mobility Radeon HD 5730. An interesting feature of this gaming notebook is the fact that it uses Lenovo’s Enhanced Experience RapidDrive technology, combining the use of a regular hard drive, and a small SSD to boot faster, or copy/load files faster.
