The source code for Android 2.2 FroYo might have been released to the masses, but we’ve still yet to see manufacturers rush out Android 2.2 devices, though they’re probably busy testing the OS at the moment, which is also good. The good news is that word is out that Huawei is busy looking to bring an Android 2.2 device this August. A name wasn’t attached to the device, but from what we know, it’ll pack a 2.8-inch QVGA capacitive touchscreen display, 3.2-megapixel camera, possibly dual-LED flash, and HSDPA 3G connectivity. It looks rather cute and small, and the Google logo at the back of the phone is rather noticeable too. We’re looking forward to seeing Android 2.2 devices start to pop up everywhere.
