Waterproof gadgets seem to be increasing in numbers recently, and after the waterproof Sony Ericsson S003 phone, we’ve got the Toshiba Camileo BW10, the company’s first waterproof camcorder. The BW10 is slated to be released at the end of June for £129.99 ($186). For your hard-earned money, you’ll be getting a camcorder that is capable of shooting 1080p full HD videos at 30fps while underwater up to two meters. It’s also clad in a rubber exterior that should do an adequate job of protecting it against shock, dust and sand, stuff that you generally wouldn’t want mentioned in the same sentence as a camcorder. 5-megapixel still shots, 10x digital zoom, maximum ISO up to 1600, SD card support up to 64GB and HDMI output are some of the features that you’ll get when you pick up the Camileo BW10. Is this something that you want to bring along with you on your summer holiday?
