Samsung has just put its EX1 (TL500) compact camera up for sale over in Korea. As Samsung’s flagship compact camera, it supports RAW with shutter-priority, aperture-priority and full-manual shooting modes. H.264 video recording is also supported, but limited to 640 x 480 pixel resolution at 30fps. Other features include its f1.8 24mm ultra-wide lens, 1/1.7-inch CCD, dual image stabilization, and ISO 3200 max sensitivity. Its hot shoe also supports an optional optical viewfinder, in case you think that its AMOLED display doesn’t work well under direct sunlight. The EX1 will be going for $400 over in Korea.
