While the HTC Smart might not challenge the likes of the iPhone or Nexus One anytime soon, it’s still an interesting BREW-based smartphone that would satisfy many folks. Now word is going around HTC is planning a sequel to this diminutive phone, dubbed the HTC Smart2, and it should be available later this year. According to the rumor, the Smart2 will more or less be similar to the original device, but will now offer Wi-Fi and an office suite that allows you to view and edit documents. Just like the current HTC Smart, the Smart2 is also expected to be affordable device, which is good news to folks on a tight budget.
