Folks looking for a relatively inexpensive messaging phone should take note that AT&T will be offering the Pantech Link from the 18th of April under its quick messaging phones. If you haven’t seen this phone before, you’ll probably be surprised at its less-than-0.4-inch thickness, which is certainly a plus point. The Link will be able to access AT&T’s Social Net, Mobile Share and Navigator services. AT&T will be offering the phone for $10 on contract, after rebates and agreeing to add at least a $20 messaging plan to the core voice service. The Pantech link offers a 2.4-inch 320 x 240 resolution display with a 1.3-megapixel camera, as well as the rather obvious full QWERTY keyboard.
