This certainly isn’t the first steampunk flash drive that we’ve come across, and it probably won’t be the last, but you have to admit that there’s a certain appeal to steampunk items. The flash drive pictured here sports a 4GB capacity with ReadyBoost. It’s made from brass, copper, solder, watch parts and glass. You’ll need to unscrew the cap to use it, and the glass portion of it lights up blue when transferring data. Would you invest your time and effort into creating one of these steampunk USB drives, orare the usual plastic/rubber encased flash drives good enough for you?
