Just as Dell promised, its pretty high performance Alienware M11x gaming notebook (which does seem to toy with the netbook category though) is now available for pre-order, bringing larger-than-life gaming performance on one extremely compact package. We wouldn’t want to bore you with the details of its specifications yet again, but just to refresh your memory, prices start from $799 and can only go north from here if you want to swap the processor for a faster one alongside more memory and a larger hard drive. Of course, upping the ante with a 256GB SSD would set you back by another $550, but that’s the price to pay.
