Here’s a rather innovative design. You don’t often hear the words “portable” and “simulator” going hand in hand, but there you have it – the Portable Gliding Simulator. While it weighs in at 450kg, it’s still considered a portable, as it’s built on a trailer base, so it can be closed off and towed around at the back of your (powerful) car. The projection screen is actually the roof of the trailer, so it all packs up real nice, which certainly seems like a very useful design. Despite it’s compact design, the simulator features a full working instrument panel, cockpit and head tracking system. There isn’t any price tag attached to it just yet, but you can be sure a simulator of this size will cost more than your average lunch money.
