[CES 2010] Take a look at the device above – at first glance, you would probably think that it was a router of some sort, but in reality it is the Casio XJ-A255 Green Slim projector. Yes sir, it looks like even the projector industry has not escaped the clutches of the “thin is in” mantra, and the XJ-A255 epitomizes that statement without compromising on being eco-friendly. Boasting a mercury-free laser & LED hybrid light source, the XJ-A55 is capable of high-brightness projection, offering 3,000 ANSI lumens of brightness at 1,280 x 800 resolution. As for its chassis, it is no larger than the standard 8.5″ x 11″ paper at a mere 1.7″ slim, boasting around 20,000 hours of lamp life without requiring any cool down period whenever you turn off the projector. Apart from that, you also get to enjoy USB host function for projection sans PC and the ability to communicate wirelessly with computers. Additional features and specifications can be found right after the jump.
