It looks like Dell doesn’t want to wait until CES 2010 to get in on the Atom N450 party, as it has announced a new version of its Inspiron Mini 10. Of course, if Dell has got everything ready and raring to go, there’s no reason that it shouldn’t announce its products earlier, right?
