The FCC has taken a look at a new Linux-powered netbook from Foxconn – which is interesting considering Foxconn themselves churn out machines that are rebranded and sold under other company brands. Known as the Foxconn SZ901P, this netbook will come with the usual suspects including a VGA port, a trio of USB 2.0 ports, microphone and headphone jacks and a touchpad among others. It will be able to run Windows XP if you want to, but it would be interesting to check out the custom Linux distribution known as FoxOS if you’re curious enough. No idea on availability or pricing, but don’t expect it to be soon though.
