Thanko multi-reader pen
Thanko has something more practical for the masses this time round – a pen which comes with a combo SD memory card reader, capable of holding up to a quartet of SD or MMC cards within its slim 0.6? x 0.6? x 6? frame. The aesthetics are rather questionable though – who would want to use a pen with memory cards sticking out of it? To use the reader segment, unscrew the pen and the USB connector becomes visible to all and sundry. Plug it into any USB port and you’re good to go. Thanko’s latest offering is currently going for around $22 a pop, where it is accompanied by a couple of ink refills and a USB cable.
