Folks haven’t even been able to get their hands on the Barnes & Noble Nook and it’s already supply issues. We previously mentioned that the Nook was sold out for the holidays, and now it looks like the retail launch has also been delayed by a week to Dec 7th. The launch has been pushed back because the company has decided to prioritize customers who pre-ordered the device. It certainly looks like e-book readers are all the rage this holidays, aren’t they?
