To date, the only official touchscreen Eee PC from Asus would be the T91MT, but it seems that FPD 2009 in Japan has yielded a different model – the Eee PC 901 netbook that has its regular 8.9″ display replaced with a resistive multitouch display instead. Coming in either a glossy or anti-glare finish, this display ought to get fanboys all excited, and will probably up the final product price by a fair bit, although a netbook that lacks proper processing muscle with another task to take care of isn’t going to do too great in our books in terms of performance benchmarks, don’t you think so?
