Folks living Stateside can pick up the 11.6″ ultraportable laptop which was known as the Aspire Timeline 1810T. Taking on the Aspire 1410 moniker, this model will be powered by an Intel Core 2 Solo SU3500 1.4GHz ultra-low voltage processor, accompanied by Intel’s GMA 4500MHD integrated graphics chipset, a 1,366 x 768 resolution LED-backlight display, 2GB RAM that maxes out at 4GB, a 250GB hard drive and a 6-cell battery that offers a maximum of half dozen hours of computing on-the-go. Unlike other notebooks, this model lacks an optical drive, but will be equipped with a 5-in-1 memory card reader, an integrated webcam, Wi-Fi connectivity, stereo speakers, HDMI output, VGA and SPDIF outputs. Expect the Aspire 1410 to come in ruby red and diamond black colors, retailing from $460 upwards.
