Seagate’s FreeAgent Go Pro has just been released for the Mac platform, and is one of the rare portable 2.5″ external hard drives that offer a gamut of connectivity options including FireWire 800, FireWire 400 and USB. Apart from that, the drive itself seem to behave more like a 3.5″ hard drive by spinning at 7,200RPM despite of its size. Shipping this month, you can pick up the 250GB, 320GB and 500GB models that will retail for $130, $150 and $190, respectively. For folks who want even more storage capacity, they’ll be pleased to know the 1.5TB maximum space has been surpassed by a 2TB model alongside both FireWire 400 and 800 interfaces along with USB, retailing for $340.
