Sanyo has a couple of new projectors unveiled at InfoComm in the form of the PDG-DET100L and the PLC-WTC500L DLP projector, where the former will boast a whopping 7,500 lumens brightness alongside a native resolution of 1,400 x 1,050 – that means no full HD support. Dual 330W lamps are used in both models in order to reduce the amount of upkeep required, alongside a two-color wheel system that allows users to opt for a wheel suited for higher brightness or for rich color reproduction. Additional features include a 4:3 aspect ratio, an HDCP-compatible DVI-D port, HDMI 1.3, analog RGB, and S-video connectivity. Shared features among the two are picture-in-picture and picture-by-picture, and a 10-filter roller. You will be able to pick up the PDG-DET100L and PLC-WTC500L for $14,995 and $6,995, respectively, later this month.
