Motorized Suitcase For The Well-Heeled

If you do a whole lot of traveling, chances are you will get tired of lugging your suitcases all around after a while, where long distances make 5kg feel as though it is ten times the amount. Hammacher Schlemmer has come up with a $1,300 motorized suitcase that is able to move along the ground at 3 miles per hour, and it will only engage when set in motion when certain requirements are met including having at least 15 pounds of load, a pulled out handle and having the case tilted at just the right angle. No idea who would fork out that insane amount of money for that suitcase in the first place, and if you’re rich enough to own one (or several), surely you’re well off enough to hire a porter instead.
