Here’s an image of an upcoming Dell mouse, featuring a sensor that reads “LaserStream Technology”. Just in case that sounds a wee bit familiar to those who are more well-versed with the hardware world, it is a trademark used by Agilent Technologies – the very same company that disposed off its laser technology to Swiss company Logitech. This sensor looks pretty much the same as those found in the Logitech G-series, so that would mean a maxed out DPI of 2,000. Well, the mouse doesn’t really look as though it will win any prizes in the aesthetics department, but hey – as long as it functions all right, I’m down with it.
