While it can’t be denied that the DS Lite was a huge step over the bulky DS in terms of design, there really isn’t any need for Nintendo to remain complacent. What you see hereis Gizmodo’s whishlist of improvements that the current DS Lite coulduse – an SD memory card slot for expansion options, a faster processor, improved graphics, a built-in light sensor and accelerometer, an increased screen size to 3.5″ on both top and bottom, as well as movie playback capabilities. Hopefully all those can be included without sacrificing battery life – one of the DS’ better traits to date. And of course… it’s easier said than done ;)
