Cowon Q5W to rule them all

Cowon’s Q5W portable media player could be the godfather in its genre, boasting a long feature list that ought to keep even the most demanding media junkie satisfied. You get a large display at 720 x 480 resolution, a whopping 60GB hard drive (smaller than the iPod Classic, I know, but how many movies do you want to carry with you anyway?), compatibility with just about any audio and video format, built-in WiFi connectivity, a touchscreen keyboard that comes in handy while you’re surfing the Web with it, and even a GPS mount for optional location-based functionality. In addition, you get an integrated FM radio and the ability to read RAW files from cameras – making this an impromptu photo previewer. The Cowon Q5W won’t be cheap though, weighing in at $599. Bear in mind portability isn’t the top of the list where this PMP is concerned.
