If you haven’t played Metal Gear Solid on the PSOne before, shame on you. Nevertheless, you’ll soon have a chance to redeem your honor when Konami releases the cellphone version of Metal Gear Solid. You might pooh-pooh at the idea, thinking that the portable version will lack the stunning 3D graphics (at that time) that is available on the console version, but the coding gods at Konami will still feature the complete 3D environment even on your humble cellphone. Entry level handsets probably can’t handle this, but a high end version like Sony Ericsson’s W53S will run the game smoothly as shown at the recent Tokyo Game Show 2007 event. I wonder how you’re going to lay the smack down on Psycho Mantis as you won’t be able to use the 2P controller trick to outsmart him this time…
