Yamaha has launched a new A/V amplifier known as the DSP-AX761, and this beauty offers next-gen entertainment connectivity options with a HDMI connector, support for 1080p, and more amazingly, support of various audio formats such as DSD, SACD and HD as well as compatibility with Blu-ray standards and Cinema DSP-Plus. To the layman (that’s me) that’s a whole bunch of mumbo jumbo, but I presume audiophile would scrutinize it closely before dropping €530 for it. Performance wise, the DSP-AX761 offers 7 x 90W at 6?.
