Ultreo blasts tartar with ultrasound

Ultreo blasts tartar with ultrasound

The Ultreo toothbrush is no ordinary teeth-cleaning device, as it comes endowed with ultrasound waves to keep your teeth cavity-free. The power tip bristles of this toothbrush makes bubbles in your mouth, where the ultrasound will then channel energy into the bubbles for greater cleaning power. In addition, a timer will automatically turn the Ultreo off after two minutes of brushing time. Those who are rich enough can fork out $150 for the Ultreo. I’m not too sure that these new-fangled devices are capable of keeping our teeth that clean – after all, our forefathers used a standard flat toothbrush and got along fine, carrying their set of pearly whites well into a ripe old age. What do you think – gimmick or effective?
