Hearing impaired receive aid with Bluetooth technology
The Ear Level Instrument (ELI), is a Bluetooth-enabling device for hearing aid wearers. Those who wear hearing aids can identify with the inconvenience of using communication devices – but not anymore! With Bluetooth connectivity, you can now listen to music and talk on your phone while having your hearing aid in place. The external microphone is overridden by ELI when using a Bluetooth device so that the user gets uninterrupted, clear access to the sound minus static and feedback. Via Mobile Mag
