Last year LG debuted the LG V10, and this year the company came back with the LG V20, meaning that in 2017, we can probably expect the LG V30, right? Maybe so, maybe not because over in Japan, LG has actually announced a new phone in the form of the LG V34, which by the way will also be exclusive to the country.
Dubbed the LG V34 isai Beat, this is a phone exclusive to Japan and essentially it is the smaller version of the LG V20. However if there is one key difference, save for its size, it would be the fact that the LG V34 isai Beat is IP67 certified. This means that it is both water and dust resistant, a feature that the LG V20 seems to be lacking completely.
Now like we said it is essentially the smaller version of the LG V20, which means that we can expect a 5.2-inch display versus the LG V20’s 5.7-inch. However under the hood we can look forward to the same Snapdragon 820 chipset, 4GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage. The secondary display will be kept, along with the dual camera configuration.
It will also come with Android 7.0 Nougat preinstalled so customers won’t have to worry about when the update will arrive. However like we said it exclusive to Japan so don’t expect to find it stateside anytime soon, if at all.
