Sometimes if you want to watch the latest TV series or movies, Netflix might fail you in some aspects there. Either that or they won’t carry the latest seasons of your TV shows and you might have to wait months/years until it happens. However if you enjoy CW series, like The Flash, Arrow, The Vampire Diaries, and etc., you’re in luck.It seems that Netflix and CW have decided to team up and offer Netflix users a chance to watch the latest seasons of CW series. However there is a catch. This will only be available to users once the season finale has concluded, meaning that users will still need to tune into CW to watch it. However the good news is that Netflix users won’t have to wait too long as the latest season will be available for streaming 8 days after the season finale.
This drastically reduces the wait time for Netflix users, but then again this is only applicable to CW TV shows, so obviously other network TV shows won’t arrive in such a timely manner, at least not until Netflix strikes up a similar deal with them, but we suppose it’s still pretty good news for Netflix subscribers all the same.
According to Ted Sarandos, chief content officer at Netflix, “Netflix members in the U.S. love the great lineup of series from The CW, and we are thrilled to extend the relationship and bring those shows to our members exclusively now, just eight days after their season finales. This is a great step forward with a valued network partner to give fans exactly what they want, when and how they want it.”
