During E3 last month, Bethesda announced that they would be bringing Fallout Shelter onto the PC. The game was announced for July and the good news is that we won’t have to wait much longer. A recent tweet by the official Fallout account has revealed that we are only a few days away from the game’s release.
It is expected to drop later this week and given that the post was made on the 10th of July with a countdown of 4 days, it means that gamers can look forward to the game on the 14th of July. It seems to be PC for now so it is unclear if Mac will ever get their hands on the game, but we guess even if you don’t, there’s always the mobile version.
Unfortunately details about the PC version still remain a bit of a mystery. We are not sure if gamers on mobile will be able to transfer content from their mobile to their PC, meaning that you can pick up where you left off, and so on, which would be rather useful since you could continue your game while on the move, and just move back to the PC when you’re home.
It is also unclear if the same microtransactions will be making its way to the PC version of the game, but we wouldn’t be surprised if it did. In any case we’ll keep our eyes peeled, so check back with us later this week for a reminder to download the game!
