Are you excited at the upcoming World of Warcraft expansion, Legion? It would seem that after so many years, Blizzard is finally giving fans what they’ve been asking for all this time, which is the ability to play as a Demon Hunter. Now the game has been undergoing alpha testing but it looks like beta testing is expected to begin soon.
According to Blizzard, it seems that they are ready to move into the beta testing phase for the game and it could begin as soon as this week. The current plan is to kick it off this coming Thursday at 2pm Pacific Time. Blizzard also announced that they will be sending out a big beta invite wave so gamers will want to keep an eye out for it.
As for the content you can expect in the beta, players will begin by completing the Broken Shore scenario before moving onto Legion content in the new Dalaran, followed by the artifact acquisition questline for your class spec. It is unclear as to how long this beta will last for and if it will ever enter into open beta, but gamers who haven’t opted into Blizzard’s beta testing should do so to stand a chance of being selected.
In the meantime World of Warcraft: Legion has been set for a release on the 30th of August, 2016. The game is currently available for pre-purchase in which gamers who pre-purchase the game will have early access to the new Demon Hunter class ahead of the expansion’s release.
