m3note-antutuWhat do you think of the marketing strategy that involves the likes of flash sales, bringing out one particular batch of handsets and putting them for sale online, before the next batch arrives? It might sound rather opportunistic at first, but it is a strategy that has proven itself to work time and again. Hence, it is not surprising to see China company Meizu go ahead with a flash sale of its Meizu m3 note which was made official last week, and in just 7 minutes, Meizu managed to sell 100,000 units of the handset.

It might not sound like much in the long run, but it is definitely impressive enough, considering how the company sold approximately 20 million handsets in the previous year. Meizu, encouraged by the initial figures, have also revealed that the next flash sale for the Meizu m3 note is tipped to happen this coming 18th of April, so brace yourselves next Monday if you are interested.

With a starting price of $125, the Meizu m3 note will come with 2GB of RAM, a MediaTek Helio P10 SoC, a 5.5” Full HD display, a 13MP shooter at the back, and a front-facing 5MP camera, in addition to a 4,100mAh battery. For those who would want to bring back the 3GB RAM version, then the asking price would be bumped up to $155.
