At the big Huawei P9 and Huawei P9 Plus bash earlier this morning, it should not be lost on the masses that there were other devices from Huawei that also deserved to be checked out – and among them include the latest version of its TalkBand wearable device. The Huawei TalkBand B3, as it is known, will boast of the standard Bluetooth earpiece which is removed from the band.

Introduce a higher grade chipset to the device, and users end up with 25% greater volume compared to its predecessor, the TalkBand B2, which was introduced a year before. Not only that, anti-wind noise cancellation is also improved by a whopping 80% as claimed by Huawei, which should come in handy to help you catch what the other party is saying while you’re on a bike or ferry.
Other hardware specifications point to a curved Gorilla Glass protected PMOLED screen at 80 x 128 resolution, a 91mAh battery, and an IP57 rating that makes it dust and water resistant. There will be a trio of styles to pick from as seen in the tweet above: Elite (Titanium Grey), Active (Black, White) and Classic (Brown, Beige), retailing for $284, $192 and $227, respectively. Any takers?
