It looks like the AnTuTu benchmark is a pretty busy place when it comes to revealing details of upcoming devices, and the ZTE A2017 is one of those handsets that have made it there, which could very well be the next Axon-branded smartphone from the Chinese company.
Earlier this month, the ZTE A2017 was seen in action within the GFXBench database, where it was said to arrive with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset alongside 4GB of RAM, which would clearly place it somewhere in the high end side of things if you were to take its details into consideration. Now, it looks as though those specifications have been further confirmed thanks to the information derived from AnTuTu’s info screen, accompanied by other details as well.
For instance, the ZTE A2017 will feature a QHD touchscreen that stands at 5.5” in height according to GFXBench, a 20MP camera at the back, an 8MP shooter in front, 64GB of internal memory, and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow in tow. Having picked up a higher point count than the Xiaomi Mi 5 and Samsung Galaxy S7 in AnTuTu at 140,086 points, it would be interesting to see if the looks can keep pace with the performance when the ZTE A2017 arrives.
