iPhone-6-review-5Last week according to a Geekbench 3 benchmark, it was revealed that the iPhone 6s would only feature 1GB of RAM. However according to new benchmarks, it has been suggested that the amount of RAM in the iPhone 6s would be 2GB, which is pretty much what we have been hearing on the rumor front anyway.

It has also revealed that the upcoming A9 processor that is rumored to power the new iPhones will be of the tri-core variety. Prior to this, the A8 processor found in the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus is of the dual-core variety, so it looks like Apple will be taking things up a notch. Granted it isn’t a quad-core or octa-core processor unlike Android smartphones, but given that Apple controls the hardware and software, it will probably be optimized for it anyway.

It also managed to blow way past the iPhone 6 which in its multi-core test scored 3,000, while the iPhone 6s managed to score a blazing 4,577. This also puts it way above most of the Android competition.
