It goes without saying that life would be a whole lot better if you were to be able to enjoy a little something luxurious from time to time, and the Romain Jerome Subcraft happens to be such a device that responds to this calling. The Subcraft is said to be the latest timepiece that is not meant for mass production, and it works this way – the hour will be shown on a side readout, while the minutes are depicted on a dial on top of the case.
The asking price for this entire timepiece? We are looking at a whopping $24,000 watch, which would be at least a couple of Apple Watch Editions on your wrist. Needless to say, with such an insane price point that would clearly place it out of reach of most folks, you will find it being sold in a limited edition that will number just 99.
Underneath the chassis lies a hand-made mechanical movement, while the outside boasts of a light titanium case. Apart from that, it will boast of a lateral movement, linear time display, jump hours, and a retrograde hand, which will be features that watch fans would fall in love with. Apart from that, a tiny luminous tube on the hour hand will allow you to tell the time even when it is dark, now how about that?
