For gamers who are still in their early twenties or teens, chances are you might not be familiar with the game Deus Ex Machina which was released back in 1984. Granted the game might not have the same graphics or gameplay compared to games these days, but back in the day it was considered to be groundbreaking as far as the gaming industry was concerned.
The good news is that if you were curious about the game and have heard about, or if you’ve played it and you want to relive it, the good news is that Deux Ex Machina has been ported over onto iOS and Android devices. The game will feature updated graphics and a remastered soundtrack.
So for gamers who wonder what a 30+ year old game would look and sound like with today’s modern devices, the Deux Ex Machina 30th Anniversary Collector’s Edition could be a game worth checking out. The game is priced at $4.99 and will be available for purchase via the iTunes App Store and the Amazon Appstore.
According to the game’s creator, Mel Croucher, versions of the game for multiple platforms are being worked on at the moment, while its Kickstarter-funded sequel Deux Ex Machina 2 will be released later this month.
