It does look as though Huawei seems to be on a roll here – they will be unveiling the Huawei Honor 6 Plus tomorrow, and here we are with an Android-powered tablet from the company as well, where it will be called the Huawei Honor T1. This slate will hit select European markets later this month for €130 a pop, where it is being shown off on Huawei’s Hi Honor website.
The Huawei Honor T1 is going to come across as an affordable tablet, which will automatically translate to the fact that this is no high end device. However, it will be equipped with an aluminum unibody design that ought to up the ante where premium looks are concerned.
What kind of hardware will the Huawei Honor T1 carry underneath the hood? Well, there will be an 8” display with 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, Android 4.3 as the operating system of choice, 3G connectivity with voice calling support, a 5MP camera at the back, a front-facing VGA camera, a quad-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 processor, 1GB RAM, and 8GB of internal memory, with a 4,800 mAh battery running proceedings from within. All in all, this looks set to be a decent mid-range tablet by all accounts, where it ought to be a model that goes about doing its job quietly and without any fuss.
