The folks over at Microsoft have just introduced the latest update for the Health app, which is a major one to boot. Microsoft Health is considered to be a compulsory requirement for any Microsoft Band user on three major mobile platforms – iOS, Android and Windows Phone. In fact, this major update for the Microsoft Health app happens to squash a fair number of bugs out there – and major ones at that, too, in addition to stability improvements.
The software update would bump up the version number of Microsoft Health to 1.3.1111.2 for the Windows Phone platform, which will also throw into the mix the following updates: corrected historical views for steps and calories, zip code validation correction, birth date validation correction, the improved handling of zero minute duration sleep events, connected apps that link which are available at first sign-up, and general app stability improvements.
This required update will be sent out automatically, but for those who have yet to receive it, you can always make a case for it over on Google Play, the iTunes App Store or the Windows Phone Store. How has your experience with Microsoft Health been to date? Has it managed to live up to your expectations, taking into consideration what a fitness buff you are?
