It might seem surreal, but the Y-40 is actually touted to be the deepest swimming pool in the world, and you will be able to find it located over at Montegrotto Terme in Italy.
The Y-40 swimming pool is definitely a novelty, and a surefire tourist attraction since people need more and more to “shock” them these days, considering all that has been going on in our world that it does take quite a lot to get folks interested in something nowadays .The Y-40 swimming pool is housed within the complex of Hotel Terme Millepini, where it has been designed by a certain Emanuele Boaretto.
This swimming pool will measure 21 meters by 18 meters, and it is real deep – up to 42 meters, in fact, which means you might want to check just how far down can your water resistant watch go before it gives up the ghost. The pool will not be ice cold, as it has been specially filled up with spa water, while its temperature has been regulated to remain within the 32-34 Celsius range.
