Earlier this month, there were whispers of an upcoming Nokia Lumia 830 that purportedly was headed in the direction of AT&T, and judging by the model number alone, it looks as though it will be released to replace the Lumia 820 that has been around for close to two years now in the U.S. The Lumia 830 is known as ‘Train’ when it comes to its internal development codename, and additional hardware specifications of ‘Train’ has allegedly been leaked out today which you can check out right after the jump.
The Nokia Lumia 830 does seem to shape up to be a mid-range device complete with a camera that is certainly out of the handset’s league, which is a good thing. The 4.5” display on the Nokia Lumia 830 will allegedly sport 720p HD resolution, where it will feature an SD memory card slot alongside other hardware specifications that will arrest the slide of the phone into the low end segment.
As for its shooter, the 20MP camera is certainly worth mentioning, since chances are pretty high this will be the very same camera that sees action in other high end Nokia handsets that run on the Windows Phone platform, including the Nokia Lumia 930 (aka Icon) and Nokia Lumia 1520. If that were the case, then it would certainly be a masterclass from Nokia.
