Kickstarter projects come and go, where some of them can be deemed to be successful, while others are touted to be failures as they did not manage to meet the financial goal laid out before them. The folks over at Digital Foci have turned to Kickstarter to help them launch the Picture Porter Advanced, where it will require at least $63,000 in funding before it can hit the production line. As you know, in this day and age, we have plenty of digital imaging devices , and hence, keeping track of all those photos captured can prove to be quite a challenge. With the Picture Porter Advanced, it will be able to make life a whole lot easier when it comes to organizing your collection of digital pictures.
The Picture Porter Advanced arrives with a 5″ TFT LCD display, offers a choice of up to 1TB of hard drive or SSD storage, USB connectors, various integrated memory card readers for added convenience, and a HDMI connection that makes it easy to share with the rest of the folks on just what you had shot on your most recent travels over on a large screen TV in the living room. There are 16 support levels available to make the Picture Porter Advanced a reality, where a $299 contribution would net you a 500GB hard drive model, while forking out $1,199 would see you enjoy 1TB of SSD goodness.
