Sony’s PlayStation 4 looks set to make waves all over the news in due time, but as with any video game console worth its salt, it would obviously need its fair share of quality launch titles, otherwise it would remain a very expensive and beautiful piece of hardware in your living room. While the majority of games for the upcoming PS4 console were first revealed at the initial PlayStation Meeting, do expect more announcements to be made when E3 kicks off.
Bear in mind that the titles you read about after the jump will not be launch titles, but they are certainly going to make their way to the console.
The confirmed games list would include Sniper Elite 3 (Rebellion), Call of Duty: Ghosts (Infinity Ward), Destiny (Bungie), Skylanders Swap Force (Vicarious Visions), Daylight (Zombie Studios), The Evil Within (Tango Gameworks), Wolfenstein: The New Order (MachineGames), “Deep Down”, Need for Speed Rivals (Ghost Games), Battlefield 4 (EA DICE), FIFA 14 (EA Canada), Madden NFL 25, NBA Live 14, UFC, Drive Club (Evolution Studios), Infamous: Second Son (Sucker Punch), Killzone: Shadow Fall (Guerilla Games), Knack (SCE Japan Studio), DC Universe Online, Planetside 2, Thief (Eidos Montreal), Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag (Ubisoft Montreal), Watch Dogs (Ubisoft Montreal), Dying Light (Techland), Basement Crawl (Bloober Team), Blacklight: Retribution (Zombie Studios), Diablo III (Blizzard), Primal Carnage: Genesis (Lukewarm Media), “Project Heart and Soul” (Reach Studios), Tiny Brains (Spearhead Games), War Thunder (Gaijin Entertainment), Warframe (Digital Extremes), The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (CD Projekt Red), and The Witness (Number None). Phew! Exciting times sure are ahead of us!
