Are you still on the fence and are still thinking about whether you should buy Google’s Nexus 7 tablet? Assuming the hardware features and its affordable price point did not convince you fully, Google has launched a commercial for the Nexus 7, which might help you make a decision after watching it. It basically depicts a father and son on a hiking/camping trip, where the Nexus 7 is used in a variety of different ways – a torchlight to help illuminate their path, a compass, an entertainment device while it is raining and also as an e-reader where a story is read to the son before bed. Granted it might be a lot more entertaining if there was cellular data capabilities (we’re assuming the jungles do not provide WiFi access points), but we think Google did a good job at delivering their message, so be sure to check it out in the video above.
