While unlocked Samsung Galaxy S2s in the UK have begun receiving the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update, many of us were wondering when would that update finally make its way stateside? Well fret not as it appears that the update is finally here. This was reported by Darren Murph at Engadget who reported that he received the notification that was asking him to update his device’s firmware. There is a chance that the update will be rolled out in stages, so don’t worry if you have yet to receive the notification informing you of the update.
