From today onwards, whenever you search for flight information on Google, you will be able to view a “Flights” link in the left-hand panel. Clicking on this link will lead you to the new Flight Search feature, which is an additional “bonus” so to speak apart from the display of flight schedules. Flight Search can be accessed directly at google.com/flights if you’re interested.
Results are said to come in thick and fast, making your online search experience all the more enjoyable – after all, didn’t you get on the Internet so that you can escape all of the mad queues? It will also let you check out a simple list of the most relevant flights at a glance, and figuring out the right time to travel is a no-brainer since you can see which travel dates are least expensive by dragging the date selector forward or backward. Google says the results displayed are not paid for by the airlines, it is just pure, simple search algorithm doing the hard work. Why not watch a video of it to get a better idea on how it works?
